When you request a number or numbers through our support helpdesk, you will be asked via email if the number or numbers requires E-911 services. If it does, you will be forwarded a form to fill out and email back. Strategic Voice Solutions will then register the number with the appropriate PSAP.

** It is a best practice to have your customer check the number by dialing 911 from that account. Tell the 911 operator that you are doing a confirmation test of a new number for 911.
