Yes, there is an option to Redirect calls when your VoIP Device cannot register.
From the Reseller login:
- Click on the Companies Number link
- Click on the "View" of the company or Residential user you want to configure settings
- For Residential Users, click on the Users view link, then Single Accounts and then the Redirection
- For Companies, Click on companies view link, then PBX ACCOUNTS icon, the extension you want and then the Redirection Link.
- add the number in the redirection on loss of registration. should be in the format 1XXXXXXXXXX.
