Yes, there is an option to Redirect calls when your VoIP Device cannot register.

From the Reseller login:

  1. Click on the Companies Number link
  2. Click on the "View" of the company or Residential user you want to configure settings
  3. For Residential Users, click on the Users view link, then Single Accounts and then the Redirection
  4. For Companies, Click on companies view link, then PBX ACCOUNTS icon, the extension you want and then the Redirection Link.
  5. add the number in the redirection on loss of registration.  should be in the format   1XXXXXXXXXX.
