When a customer experiences the "All Circuits are busy now" message when making long distance calls, this can be due to several issues and requires some information from your customer to make sure we can duplicate the issue which may be temporary:
- There may be legitimate congestion in that particular countries phone network. Many countries have over subscription or poor quality infrastructure
- The Number dialed may be invalid or disconnected. Sometimes the All circuits busy message will be heard over a normal disconnected message
- Was the same international number attempted some time after the initial attempt?
- Did they try dialing another International number that did work as a test ?
- Did they prefix the number with 011 and then the country code and number ?
If the problem can be duplicated and is happening some time after the initial attempt and the number is correct, please submit a ticket with the following:
- The international number in question
- The day and approximate times they dialed it
- The exact message they heard
