In some rare cases an extensions or only extension in on company dial a specific number and experience one way audio. Typically when calling from the extension to an outside number, there will be one ring and then silence. The called party cannot hear you, but you can hear them.
In previous Strategic Voice Solutions software versions the outbound caller ID mapping was text input based. In some cases the + sign was added to the number. This caused routing issues with asymetrical codec issues. If, experienced please submit a help desk ticket to support.
