Although we can easily support the older Cisco 7940 and 7960 VoIP Phones after they have been flashed with the Cisco SIP software, the new 7941 and 7961 are a different story. Cisco has made these phones to specifically work with Cisco Call Manager even with SIP software. They block out many features with SIP and do not appear to work outside of a Cisco Call Manager environment on purpose.
