When putting in the SIP credentials of a Polycom phone, for example the 331 or 335 product line, you will have the option of putting in:

Display Name:  should be the ame of the person or department you want to be seen by someone you are calling

Address:  This should be the same as the Authentication User ID which is normally the Extension number

Authentication User ID:   This is typically the Extension or DID number

Authentication Password:   This is the SIP User ID password

Label:  This is what you would Identify this extension line as. Typically the same as the Display Label

Server 1 Address:   This should be the URL of the SIP Server the phone will register to. Typically your Domain name in the Strategic Voice Solutions system
