If you perform a blind transfer and it will only allow 2 digits before automatically dialing, this is most likely a Digit Dial Plan problem in the Polycom phone. You will need to add a digit map that matches your extension digit length.

For example, if you extensions are in the 100 series, that would be 3 digits. You would need to add as shown in red to an existing dial plan:

1[0-1]x|*xx|[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT

This 1[0-1]x means that if you dial while off hook a 1 and the next digit is a 0 or 1 followed by any single digit number, your number will be accepted and dial after the 3rd digit..
