If your Yealink phone is not ringing through the headset (wired ir wireless), you have to do two things:

 

1) In the Web Interface, go to the Features/Audio and chance the "Ringer Device for Headset" from speaker to speaker and headset or just headset.

2) On your phone, press the "Headset" button and it shold light up
