  1. Make sure your digit relay is set RFC 2833 and not SIP Info
  2. Port 5060 traffic must be priortized in your Router, Switches(VLANS)  or bandwidth manager in your network. This is the most common problem for this symptom. When not priortized, all other traffic including facebook, youtube, file downloads will have the same priority and delay the 5060 voIP traffic.
