When a SIP Phone continously says something like "Provisioning Network" or something with Network and never registers, typically this means:

  1. The Network Cable is not plugged in

  2. The Network cable is plugged into the wrong port on the phone. There is typically two ports with one call Internet or LAN and the other called PC. If you plug into the PC port it will not work and never get connected to the Internet or phone system.  You will also lose your PC connection to the Internet if its plugged into the other port.

  3. The DNS setting is missing or incorrect that it either got by DHCP or if put in statically without remembering to put the DNS in.

  4. The phone configuration is disrupted or corrupt. It is best to factory restore the settings from the Phone Menu to do this
